Updates related to COVID-19 in New York

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, policies at participating cultural sites vary, and changes are frequent. Please read offers carefully when making reservations through Culture Pass, as instructions for redeeming passes will vary from site to site.

Passes are currently released on the first of the month for the month ahead. For example, on May 1st, passes for all of May go live; June passes will become available on June 1; and so on. During this time, passes are only available for the current month. Starting September 1, 2021, the system will shift to a two-months-at-a-time model, with passes for September and October going live on that date. On October 1, passes for November will go live, and so on.
